Scene Queen lsg – Ep. 6 – Rob DeRosa Daffodil Festival

Episode 6: Rob DeRosa
The 2012 Daffodil Festival

This week Lisa goes on site to visit Rob DeRosa at Casa DeRosa to talk about this years lineup for the 2012 Daffodil Festival. Rob said he had a hard time trying to beat last years spectacular line up made up of local bands playing three stages. He talks about how this years line up is looking to be one of the best and how it all works. We have guest appearances from Frank Critelli and one of our favorite guests Jennifer Hill, both will be appearing at this years show!

“Spot”light on…The Meriden Daffodil Festival Bands

I can’t believe it’s already that time of year again.  It means spring is just around the corner (who cares what that fat little rodent says!)  Daffodil line up means we’ll be warm again soon.  Anyway, Robbie DeRosa – the mastermind behind Homegrown on WESU 88.1- has just released the line-up of bands for the 2012 weekend extravaganza.  If you’ve never gone, this line up will motivate you down there.  Robbie always puts together some of the best of the best from the CT music scene.  And when you read this list, you will know what I mean.  Can I just say “Holy Shit”!!!  Rob will be talking all things Daffy fest with us this coming Tuesday on our next installment of Scene Queen lsg.  If you know Rob, this will be a not to be missed show!
